SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Contract Review - Confirm there are no missing initials, signatures or documents
- Obtain Escrow Receipt / Receipted Contract
- Team Introductions and Contract distribution to all parties
- Welcome letter with important contract timeline to all parties and clients
- Submit all LPT Brokerage Required documents to compliance for review
- Complete LPT Commission intake form & provide DA to Title before closing
- Track status of Title Commitment, Survey, Buyer approval and Appraisals
- Consistent communications summarizing the status of the closing and upcoming deadlines
- Monitor underwriting process to ensure Clear to Close by contract date
- Draft addendums & amendments when applicable
- Coordinate closing time and place with all parties
- Forward closing instructions to Buyer/Seller
- Review closing statement for accuracy and report any issues to Title
- Confirm Lender has requested Title documents
- Follow-up on final closing and funding
- Post closing_ obtain copy of the signed statement
